Company takes all responsibilities for training and continuously raising knowledge and skills of all employees. The company has established the training policy based on business experiences of local and foreign companies, as well as on requirements and regulations of State and international bodies.

Senior Managers of the Company, licensed private companies, as well as lecturers and trainers of state-specific training bodies conduct the trainings. Trainings are taking place at the Head office, in units or in specialized training departments.

During trainings special forms are filled. The form specifies the subject of training, the name of trainer, the date of the training, the list of participants and their signatures.

At training sessions, knowledge and ability of employees are examined and finally, certificates for trainees are issued, with respective examination results.
