The HR department is fully responsible for the selection and hiring of employees, strict adherence to company policies and procedures by each employee. At the same time, this unit must ensure that the interests and rights of both parties are fully respected. The unit and its management should fully understand that a high level of staff well-being is one of the most important factors. From this point of view, it should also be ensured that staff is
fully informed and systematically encouraged.
The decision on hiring process is made by the General Director or HR Manager for the following reasons:
1) For this or other reason, when filling vacant positions or increasing the volume of work;
2) During new contracts and projects;
3) When updating the data banks of employees who are in stock;
4) Expertise of the personnel department and verification of the personnel selection system.
There are 2 sources of recruitment:
1. Internal source - the candidate is selected in accordance with the data bank of the relevant personnel or employee who is in stock.
2. External source - the search for a candidate is announced in the media, appeals are made to employment agencies, social media and direct requests and recommendations for the company are taken into account.
